This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced planning professional to take ownership of programmes across both pre‑construction and live project delivery, working closely with project teams to ensure robust, realistic, and well‑communicated schedules. Our client delivers major construction projects nationally, ranging from £10m to £60m+, across sectors including industrial, retail, residential, office, fit‑out, and infrastructure. You will join an established planning department of 33 professionals, benefiting from a collaborative environment, strong technical support, and exposure to a wide variety of schemes.
