Salary: £38,627 £52,490 (M3-U3)

Are you an experienced English teacher ready to make a real impact? Supply Desk is looking for a qualified and experienced teacher (3rd year of teaching or above) to join a thriving secondary school in Rickmansworth from September 2026.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and challenging English lessons across KS3, KS4, and KS5.
* Plan and deliver lessons in line with departmental schemes of work and curriculum objectives.
* Track and support students progress, providing clear feedback and guidance.
* Mark and assess student work accurately and promptly.
* Create an inclusive, well‑managed, and stimulating classroom environment.
What We re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential.
* Minimum of 3 years teaching experience.
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
* A collaborative and adaptable team player.
* Willingness to teach 3 days per week in Rickmansworth.
