A Graduate Cover Supervisor is needed in a Mixed Secondary School and Sixth Form in South West London.
This Graduate Cover Supervisor position will be part time and temporary in the first instance.
If appointed as a Graduate Cover Supervisor, your duties will include but not be limited to:
* Covering different lessons in the absence of class teachers
* Managing pupil behaviour effectively and promote positive behaviour
* Engaging with pupils in classes and ensure the schools behaviour policies
* Holding good understanding of ICT and how to carry out basic administrative tasks
* Demonstrating a positive attitude and adapt to different situations effectively
The rates of pay for this Graduate Cover Supervisor post will be between GBP82.14 to GBP130 a day, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each applicant.
The School
An Outstanding Secondary School and Sixth Form in the London Borough of Merton.
It is a mixed, 11 : 18, non:selective school with a wide demographic of pupils and staff.
90 of students stay in education or employment after Key Stage 4.
The site has its own dedicated SEN Support Centre and a variety of sports facilities.
Ofsted have noted there is positive culture of learning and a strong sense of community.

You will be considered for this Graduate Cover Supervisor role if you specialise in any field or subject.

* Clear and up to date Enhanced DBS
* UK Bachelors Degree or an overseas equivalent
* Experience of working with children/teenagers or as a Graduate Cover Supervisor in UK schools
