We are looking foranenthusiastic, dedicated Workforce Development Officerwith experience inassessing adults care and support needs under the Care Act 2014todeliver a range of learning opportunities that directly support the Adult Social Care sector.If you enjoy helping people to learn, develop and improvetheirpractice, this could bea great opportunityfor you.
You will be part of a multifunctional team delivering learning programmes, collaborating with sector specialists in Adult Social Care Services.
The work will be demanding with the requirement for research,creativityand innovation to help drive the implementation of existing and new programmes but equally rewarding to be part of a team supporting the development of a highly skilled adult social care workforce.
