Path is seeking a committed and compassionate Housing Support Worker to join our Housing Information, Signposting and Support team, supporting Prolific and Priority Offenders (PPOs) as part of Plymouth's Integrated Offender Management (IOM) programme. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact by addressing housing instability—a key factor in reoffending—and helping individuals rebuild their lives.
You'll work with people recently released from prison or facing homelessness, many of whom have complex needs. Through coordinated support with agencies including police, probation, housing, health, and substance misuse services, you'll help clients transition into stable accommodation and independent living.
