Job Title: Marketing & Content Coordinator
Location: Flexible / Hybrid
Type: Part-Time (1–3 Days per Week)
We’re looking for a creative and organised Marketing & Content Coordinator to help grow our brand through high-quality social media content, thought leadership, and coordinated marketing campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone who can combine content creation, design, and marketing coordination to ensure our marketing activity runs consistently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and manage social media content and email marketing, with a strong focus on thought leadership.
* Design visual content and graphics for social posts, marketing materials, and campaigns.
* Develop professional sales presentations and pitch decks.
* Plan and manage a marketing schedule and content calendar to ensure consistent activity across channels.
* Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across social media and email.
* Track performance and produce regular marketing reports covering engagement, reach, and campaign performance.
* Work closely with the team to translate ideas and expertise into engaging content.
* Manage and update website content, including publishing blog posts, updating pages, and ensuring the website reflects current messaging, campaigns, and thought leadership content.
* Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone, and visual identity.
Skills & Experience
* Experience managing social media content for professional or B2B audiences, particularly LinkedIn.
* Strong graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
* Ability to create clear and compelling sales presentations.
* Experience planning and managing content calendars or marketing schedules.
* Experience running email marketing campaigns (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms).
* Ability to analyse results and produce marketing reports with actionable insights.
* Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics or LinkedIn analytics.
* Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
Nice to Have
* Photography and/or videography skills for creating original content.
