What skills and experience do you need? Strong experience in ASB case management and court preparation – including bundle assembly and confident advocacy. Ability to start immediately and manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision. Proven mediation skills to resolve neighbourhood conflicts effectively. Experience working in social housing and partnering with external agencies. Good IT skills including email, Word, Excel, and presentations. Full driving licence and access to a car is essential. What are the pay and benefits? Salary: £37,256 per annum (pro rata for fixed-term, full-time role) for 37hours per week. 26 days holiday Bank Holidays, increasing with length of service. Flexible, blended working. The role primarily covers Newport and Caerphilly, with occasional support needed in other areas, including Swansea. Mileage paid at 45p per mile.
