Laboratory Team Leader - Renewables - Permanent - Ayrshire Our client is a leading force in renewable energy across the UK. At present, they are seeking a Laboratory Team Leader on a permanent basis at their site in Ayrshire, Scotland. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Laboratory Team Leader or Manager to lead a small team of 3-4 chemists to support testing, development and delivery of major projects. The Laboratory Team Leader is responsible for the overall management and operation of the laboratory, ensuring a safe, efficient, and compliant environment. This role involves overseeing laboratory staff, equipment, and resources to support research, development, and testing activities. The role will require knowledge and experience of compliance, safety, staff leadership, technical support and quality assurance.
