Position: Support Worker for Vulnerable Adults £14 per hour Full time Location: Erdington (various properties) Please note: This is NOT a personal care role. What You’ll Do Provide person-centred support to vulnerable adults in their daily lives. Offer guidance with everyday challenges — from accessing benefits and finding permanent accommodation, to budgeting and developing life skills. Encourage independence, confidence, and social inclusion. Work closely with colleagues, families, and external services to ensure holistic support. Maintain accurate client records and document support sessions. What They’re Looking For Previous experience in a support worker or related role. Own car and willingness to travel locally. Compassion, empathy, and a strong commitment to helping vulnerable adults. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Confident using Word and Excel. Team player, adaptable, and resourceful.
