This is a brand-new role, one of three Chef Manager positions, with two already in place. You will oversee catering across two kitchens serving four dining rooms, ensuring that pupils, staff, and guests receive exceptional meals. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management - Lead a team of chefs and catering assistants, maintaining high motivation and morale. Food Service Excellence - Oversee menu planning, food preparation, and service, ensuring high standards and dietary requirements are met. Health & Safety & Hygiene - Ensure full compliance with food hygiene regulations, HACCP, allergen policies, and workplace safety. Budget Management - Manage food costs, stock control, and supplier relationships, ensuring cost efficiency. Customer Satisfaction - Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents, responding to feedback and maintaining high service standards. Training & Development - Support staff development, conduct briefings and ensure the team adheres to best practices.
