Job Title: Social Worker - Community Location: Cornwall Pay Rate: £40 Per Hour Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Adult Social Worker to join a Community Team based in Cornwall. What will your responsibilities be? Provide experienced leadership and management across Adult Social Care (ASC) services. Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective service delivery. Act as a peripatetic manager, offering flexible support across various ASC teams as needed. Initially focus on stabilising and supporting the Adults Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) team. Step into other ASC teams as required to provide leadership, continuity, and operational stability.
