Job Title: Principal Planner / Associate Planner Location: Cornwall (St Austell area) Salary: 50k – 60k (DOE) About the Role An established and growing planning consultancy is seeking an experienced and ambitious Chartered Planner to join its Cornwall-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Principal Planner or Associate-level professional looking to lead projects, develop client relationships, and contribute to business growth across a varied and high-quality portfolio. The role offers exposure to a diverse range of sectors including residential, commercial, leisure, energy, and heritage, working with clients ranging from national developers to private individuals.
