Our approach is holistic and empowering, partnering with survivors to help them achieve independent, abuse-free lives.
We are now looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week.

The Role
As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to leaders across the organisation, guiding and influencing people practices with empathy and expertise.
Working across your designated areas, you’ll build strong, collaborative relationships with Managers and Heads of Department, developing a deep understanding of their teams and objectives.
With this insight, you’ll identify opportunities for growth and improvement in our people strategies and provide professional, proactive support across all aspects of HR.
Additionally, you will:
- Manage and resolve informal and formal employee relations cases
- Identify people-related risks and recommend appropriate solutions
About You
To be considered as a People & Culture Business Partner, you will need:
- Previous experience in an HR role or a similar field
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- The ability to coach, influence and challenge effectively
