Clinical Negligence Solicitor - London - Up to £85,000
A leading national personal injury and clinical negligence practice is seeking a Clinical Negligence Associate to join its well-established London team.
The team is highly regarded for handling complex, high-value clinical negligence claims, combining strong technical expertise with excellent client care. You'll work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers on a varied caseload, gaining exposure to both litigated and pre-litigation matters within a collaborative national practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor looking to take the next step in a high-performing and supportive clinical negligence team.
The Role:
* Managing a caseload of complex and high-value clinical negligence claims
* Supporting progression of files from initial instruction to settlement or trial
* Drafting pleadings, witness statements and legal documents
* Reviewing medical records and liaising with medical experts
* Developing case strategy based on evidence and liability assessment
* Attending hearings, CMCs and settlement meetings
* Providing clear, client-focused legal advice and updates
* Maintaining strong client relationships throughout
About You:
* Qualified Solicitor with clinical negligence experience
* Defendant or claimant background considered
* Strong drafting, analytical and case management skills
* Confident reviewing medical evidence and working with experts
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and client care ability
* Able to manage multiple complex cases effectively
* Commercially aware and motivated to progress
