The Russell School is a one-form entry primary school with a warm and caring ethos. We are searching for a passionate and dedicated primary specialist to join our staff team. Following our November 2023 Ofsted inspection, we are delighted to share that we remain a good school, with outstanding personal development. As noted in our inspection, our wonderful children have many opportunities to support the whole community and become 'good citizens.' The fantastic music education our children receive is something we are very proud of.
We require a teacher who is:
1. creative, innovative and brimming with high expectations
2. able to inspire our children by making learning exciting and relevant
3. knowledgeable about the curriculum in order to promote a real love of learning
4. able to motivate, challenge and support our children to ensure that they reach their full potential
5. willing to contribute to the whole school by being a proactive member of our team
6. willing to lead a curriculum subject

This is a full time position, however, for the right person we are willing to explore part time working hours.
