Your Role
As a Social Worker with us, you will:
* Conduct Strengths-Based Assessments: Evaluate clients\' needs and strengths to develop effective support plans.
* Support Planning and Reviews: Create and review plans to help clients achieve their goals and promote independence.
* Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with other local authority teams and professionals to provide comprehensive care.
* Engage in Multi-Disciplinary Practice: Integrate various professional perspectives to enhance client outcomes.
