The Job People are hiring for an Head of Sales Manager on behalf of a Staffordshire based manufacturing leader. You'll take ownership of identifying, engaging, and winning new clients across several specialist markets, including:
* Medical Scanning
* Nuclear Shielding
* X‑Ray Shielding
* Aerospace
* Automotive
* Motorsport
Alongside new business development, you'll also play a key role in uncovering growth opportunities within an established client base, ensuring long‑term partnerships and increased revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities of a Head of Sales Manager
* Proactively identify and secure new clients, predominantly in UK and European markets.
* Develop a deep understanding of customer needs within highly technical and regulated sectors.
* Work closely with the senior management team to shape commercial strategy and support long‑term business goals.
* Expand revenue within existing accounts by identifying new applications, product lines, or service opportunities.
