About The Role
Your main focus will be to support the Care team in delivering high standards of personal care, ensuring a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
Responsibilities
* Monitoring residents' wellbeing and updating care plans accordingly.
* Participating in person-centered care planning and evaluations.
* Supporting residents with medication requirements.
* Supporting staff through supervision and development.
* Acting as a key contact for residents, relatives, visitors, and health professionals, ensuring concerns are addressed appropriately.

Requirements
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in care for care homes.
* At least 2 years' experience in a similar environment.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills.
* A positive attitude towards supporting residents and staff.
* Flexibility to cover various responsibilities.
Additional Information
* A DBS check will be required, with costs covered by Avery Healthcare.
* Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
