The Role:

You'll guide a cross‑functional engineering team, delivering high‑quality software at pace while helping embed modern engineering practices across the organisation.

They need leaders who can continue this shift, uplift delivery maturity, and strengthen engineering culture.
What You'll Lead:
* An agile team of Developers and Test Engineers.
* Drive delivery of the team backlog, ensuring quality, pace, and sustainable ways of working.
* Partner with Product to balance feature development, tech quality, and operational excellence.
* Own the team's technical direction, aligning delivery with wider architectural goals.
* Champion modern engineering and QA practices across the lifecycle, you build it, you run it.
* Coach and grow team members, managing performance and shaping a strong team culture.
What You Bring:
* Experience leading and coaching modern agile engineering teams.
* A metrics‑driven mindset and strong understanding of best‑practice engineering and QA.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
* A passion for improving ways of working and driving cultural change.
