Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Bedford. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing customer relationships, managing their needs, and ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions. The role includes handling trade accounts, coordinating sales strategies, offering technical support, and identifying opportunities to upsell products and services. The candidate will collaborate closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Strong customer relationship management skills and the ability to provide outstanding service to clients.
* Experience in sales, business development, or account management in a related field, preferably electrical wholesale.
* Knowledge of electrical products, compliance regulations, and technical specifications.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts effectively.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Ability to work effectively on-site and collaborate with team members to achieve goals.
* A valid driver's license for client visits (desirable).
* Familiarity with the local market and client base in Daventry and surrounding areas is an added advantage.
