Role Summary
This role is responsible for leading workshop operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and to the required quality standards. The successful candidate will manage people, processes, and resources while driving continuous improvement across manufacturing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Production Coordination
* Plan, schedule, and oversee production activities to meet agreed delivery milestones.
* Allocate labour, equipment, and materials effectively to maximise efficiency and output.
Team Management & Development
* Lead, supervise, and support workshop personnel across multiple disciplines.
* Conduct performance reviews, identify development needs, and promote a positive and productive working culture.
