GBP30,000 : GBP50,000

Our client is looking for an experienced CNC Miller to join the team. The ideal candidate will work as part of a small team in a friendly working environment. With increased demand expected through 2026 there will be multiple opportunities for training and development.
Role and Responsibilities:
* Program CNC milling machines (Haas and Matsuura) using OneCNC and Edgecam or from technical drawings.
* Set up and operate CNC milling machines for a variety of jobs.
* Ensure machines run efficiently and produce high:quality components.
* Follow ISO : quality standards to maintain accuracy and reduce waste.
* Select and monitor cutting tools to optimise machining performance.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
* Minimum 3 years experience programming CNC milling machines.
* Experience with 3, 4 and 5:axis machining.
* Knowledge of Fanuc control systems.
* Experience using OneCNC and Edgecam software.
* Ability to work with minimal supervision.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Able to work and communicate closely with team members.
