Recruit4staff are representing a well-established engineering contractor business in their search for a Semi Skilled Site Operative to work in St Helens Job Details: Pay: £16.27 – £21.92 per hour (PAYE) (Rates vary depending on project site, overtime available - ECSA & NAECI Rates) Hours of Work: Core Hours 38 hours per week – Monday to Thursday 8:00am–4:30pm, Friday 8:00am–2:00pm (hours will vary depending on site requirements) Duration: 6-8 week Temporary Contract Job Role: The Semi Skilled Site Operative will work on engineering and industrial sites across the UK, carrying out general construction and maintenance tasks and assisting skilled tradespeople. Responsibilities include using hand and power tools, maintaining housekeeping standards, completing paperwork and risk assessments, reporting to supervisors, and ensuring all site health & safety procedures and best practices are followed.
