The Role
To provide comprehensive Administrative and Clerical support to clinical and non-clinical staff in order to ensure the smooth running of the service.
Where appropriate, supervise clerical staff and provide support to line manager.

What we'll need you to bring
1. Demonstrable experience in an Administrative and Clerical role.
2. Educated to Higher Grade level.
3. Ability to supervise staff.
4. Well developed interpersonal skills in customer care.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Good organisational and planning skills.
7. Understanding of a range of procedures and processes.
8. Ability to prioritise work and work on own initiative whilst under pressure.
9. Proficient I.T. skills which include a working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
10. Ensuring confidentiality, diplomacy and discretion are maintained at all times.

11. Audio typing qualification
12. Previous clerical experience in an NHS environment
13. Previous experience of prioritising work and working under pressure

Location and Working Pattern
This role will be based in Admin Team within the Clydesdale Locality.
The working pattern for this role is Monday - Friday.
