About the Role
We have opportunities for Commis Chefs to join us!
Working as a chef at Butlin’s gives you the opportunity to provide an amazing experience to our guests, wherever they choose to dine on our resorts. We offer a wide range of eateries including our onsite pub, an American Diner, and our chicken restaurant with menus designed to excite our guests.
We believe that variety is the spice of life. In these roles, you’ll have the opportunity to develop and perfect your skills in a selection of kitchens with various cooking styles. You’ll work alongside talented chefs and industry experts with access to a wide range of ingredients and menus.
Working a guaranteed 35 hours per week, 5 days over 7, with potential paid overtime. Shifts are available between 7am and 12 midnight. Live-in accommodation may be available for those relocating.
About You
No experience is necessary for our Commis/Trainee Chef positions! We value a passion for delighting guests and a proactive attitude. We seek energetic, enthusiastic, high-spirited, and fun-loving candidates who understand their role and the value they bring to the guest and team experience.
Our chefs are considered special, and our guests love returning to our restaurants as part of their holiday experience.
