Description
1. Receipt and dispatch of blades into the workshop iaw RBL process and as directed by the production manager
2. Responsible for ensuring all maintenance activities are carried out using correct and up to date company procedures, and standards required by the civil aviation authority
3. Responsible for ensuring compliance to RBL and UK HSE procedural compliance
4. Maintain a complete record of individual day to day blade repair carried out
5. Maintain all training as directed by the quality manager and production manager
6. Perform composite repairs on aircraft components in accordance with FAA and OEM requirements
7. Rotor blade repair activities include sanding, cleaning, and blade specific maintenance
8. Minor repairs and balancing of Main and Tail rotor blades
9. Assisting with audits as required
10. Supporting and contributing to all local and companywide metrics
Qualifications
11. Technical education and min. 3 years experinece on similar positon
12. Team Player
13. Willing to learn
14. Open and friendly personality
