We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to take on the role of Head of Humanities. You will inherit a strong and committed team and have the opportunity to build upon existing success, driving further development and innovation across History, Geography, and RE.

Qualifications & Experience:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Degree in a Humanities subject (History, Geography, RE, or related).
* Significant experience teaching within the Humanities at secondary level, with demonstrable leadership experience in a successful department.
* Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
* Strong understanding of curriculum development and assessment.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic thinking skills.
