Your new role
This organisation is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced part-time Employee Advisor to join their friendly and busy team. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting colleagues across the whole organisation - from trading and clinical teams to non-clinical areas - by providing expert guidance and practical solutions on all people matters.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll work closely with managers on a range of HR topics including absence management, grievances, and disciplinary processes. You'll lead recruitment for our trading and non-clinical areas, and take ownership of wellbeing initiatives to foster a positive, supportive workplace. You'll also support volunteer policy development and engagement strategies. To succeed, you'll need to be CIPD Level 5 qualified, adaptable, and confident working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Successful applicants will be required to undertake a basic level DBS check.
