The Role
Reporting to the Digital Performance & CRM Manager, you'll support end-to-end digital campaigns, optimise performance, and ensure flawless execution across affiliate and CRM channels.
What You'll Do
Build, test, and deploy CRM/email campaigns in Bloomreach.
Manage and grow affiliate partnerships to drive traffic and revenue.
Track performance, report on KPIs, and deliver insight-led improvements.
Support the digital marketing calendar and collaborate with creative, eCom, and marketing teams.
What You Bring
Experience in CRM/email campaign management.
Experience in Affiliate and Partnership marketing.
Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting performance data.
Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
Energetic, proactive, and passionate about eCommerce and digital.
UK-based with flexibility to travel.
