Job Description
* 3 month interim role to support wider HR team and partner with Finance business
* Role is to cover whilst permanent head is hired
* Lead on all elements of People Partner position
* Deliver on transformation agenda
* Delivering the people strategy within the organisation
* Providing guidance and support to managers on complex employee relations issues
* Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures
* Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives
* Leading and managing HR projects
* Collaborating with other HR teams to ensure consistency across the business
* Identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes
* Promoting a culture of inclusion and diversity within the company
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'People Partner' should have:
* Experience working in fast-paced complex business similar to this one
* End to end people partnering experience
* Must operate in a commercial manner
* Experience in a HR role within the retail industry
* In-depth knowledge of HR policies and procedures
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong project management skills
* The ability to manage complex employee relations issues
* A commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion
