Ashtead Technology has an exciting opportunity for a Workshop Administrator to join our team and support the ROV Tooling Workshop in Kintore. In this role, you will be an integral part of operations, ensuring efficient preparation, maintenance, and mobilisation of subsea tooling equipment as well as managing documentation in accordance with company procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements. What you'll be doing: Maintaining accurate workshop records including job packs, service reports and work orders. Supporting the Workshop Manager with reporting, documentation and day-to-day operational planning. Processing rental, sales, service and repair orders within the ERP system, including raising purchase orders. Updating and maintaining SharePoint files, certificates and operational documentation. Coordinating equipment calibration, repairs and asset returns while liaising with Sales and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery. Assisting with finance-related administration such as travel recharges. Arranging travel, training courses, medicals and mobilisation requirements for offshore personnel. Liaising with internal teams, agents and country management to coordinate personnel movements and in-country services. What experience you'll bring: Strong administrative background and experience, specifically in similar industry is beneficial. Ability to deal with personnel at all levels Effective planning, coordination and organisation skills. Proficient in the use of IT applications, including MS Office suite and database systems. Enthusiastic and focused, with ability to manage changing priorities in order to meet deadlines. A positive, can do attitude and willingness to learn.
