Studio Manager
Salary: £35-45k depending on experience
Location: Waterloo
Hours: 9am-5:30pm Monday - Friday
This role will be full time office based

Our client, a successful architectural organisation, is on the lookout for a Studio Manager to support their office operations with enthusiasm and expertise. Key Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls, manage meeting room bookings, and welcome guests and visitors
Keep the reception area and office tidy and presentable
manage incoming and outgoing post
Order and maintain office and stationery supplies as well as managing relationships with suppliers
Manage recycling practices
Oversee maintenance contracts
Maintain fire and security checks, carry out alarm tests, drills and assist with health and safety
Assist with the recruitment process and onboarding new employees
Help organise events,
Provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant and HR Business Partner
Other duties as and when required
What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
Strong organisational skills
Excellent communication skills and a friendly and positive demeanor
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Familiarity with health and safety procedures and documentation and knowledge of ISO 9001 and 14001 audits is desirable
