We are currently recruiting 2 Admin Assistants for our client based in Limavady. The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI completed.
Start date: 8th September
Rate of pay: £12.65
Duration: Up to 25/01/26
Hours of work: 37
Key Responsibilities:
Collect mail from Royal Mail and Courier deliveries.
Open and sort mail in accordance with DfC guidelines and procedures.
Identify valuables and log appropriately.
Prepare mail for scanning which involves: removing spines, metal attachments and using electronic guillotine.
Perform maintenance on scan equipment – daily / weekly – to agreed schedule.
Scan mail to agreed standards.
Perform re-scan duties where appropriate
Perform batch header and NINO validation.
Verify NINOs in CIS/Searchlight as required.
Essential Criteria applicants must have:
1. 2 GCSE’s – maths and English (Proof of certs required)
2. Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
3. Excellent communication skills.
