Residential Conveyancer
2–5+ Years’ Experience | Full-Time | Chester
An established and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its expanding team in Chester. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident fee earner who is comfortable managing a varied caseload independently and is looking to join a supportive, collaborative working environment.
You will be trusted to run files from instruction through to completion, delivering a high-quality, client-focused service and contributing to the continued success of the department.
The Role
Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
Handling more technical matters including shared ownership, new-builds, transfers of equity, adverse possession, transfers of part, and remortgages
Communicating clearly and proactively with clients, agents, developers, solicitors, and other stakeholders
Ensuring all matters are progressed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements and internal proceduresAbout You
2–5+ years’ experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to team working
Solid understanding of residential conveyancing processes and compliance
Experience using case management systems (P4W experience desirable but not essential)What’s on OfferGenerous Annual Leave
