An exciting opportunity has arisen for a social work team manager in East Ross. This permanent full-time position of 37 hours per week will afford the right candidate the opportunity to lead and manage a team of social workers and social work practitioners working in a fully integrated adult social care service with NHS Highland to ensure quality service delivery.
You will be able to evidence an advanced practice level of professional skills and knowledge in key areas of social work and demonstrate an understanding & knowledge of the legislation that underpins core statutory social work practice and be committed to supporting and protecting the rights of vulnerable adults in our community. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills and a commitment to support the professional growth of team members through supervision, training and mentoring.
