Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager based in our Great Notley office. The Finance Manager will oversee financial operations, including managing budgets, preparing financial reports, and maintaining financial compliance. Key responsibilities include financial planning, forecasting, monitoring expenses, supervising accounting teams, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders to provide strategic insights, enhancing financial performance and supporting business growth.
Qualifications
Financial management and accounting skills, including budgeting, financial forecasting, and report preparation
Strong knowledge of financial compliance and regulatory requirements
Leadership skills with the ability to oversee and guide accounting teams
Proficiency in financial analysis, problem-solving, and strategic planning
Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Proficiency in using financial software and tools
Prior experience as Finance Manager or in a similar senior finance-related role
Experience with workplace technology or telecoms solutions is advantageous
