About The Team & Role

Our Legal Services team is seeking an administrator to join us. This role is pivotal as it involves managing clerical and finance tasks that are essential to the smooth operation of our office.

As part of this position, you will be responsible for processing invoices and raising purchase orders, ensuring that everything runs seamlessly.

The role is full-time, 37 hours per week. Additionally, you will be providing office cover until 5pm one day per week on a rota basis. We are a small, supportive, and productive team who provide clerical and financial support to the other legal services teams.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organisational skills to prioritise workloads and maintain our high service levels.

You should also be able to exhibit exceptional customer service qualities while being mindful of confidentiality, which is important in our service.

While it would be advantageous if you have some experience in processing invoices, we will provide all the necessary training.
