Salary: Up to 30,000 + OTE
Location: UK Remote (Potential US Hours)
You will be responsible for executing B2B delegate sales campaigns for your assigned events. The ideal candidate should be analytical, creative, and capable of managing multiple projects efficiently to meet targets while providing a great customer experience. We seek an ambitious, sociable individual eager to grow within an energetic, entrepreneurial team working on US portfolios.
Key Competencies and Core Elements of the Role
Required Deliverables:
* Analyze the target delegate landscape, including market research, stakeholder relationships, target segmentation, industry trends, and monitoring competitors.
* Stay updated with industry publications relevant to your conferences for industry developments and new opportunities.
* Collaborate with the marketing team and utilize database resources to identify and target prospective delegate organizations, helping to refine target lists based on campaign performance.
* Attend conferences when relevant to secure commitments from delegates and companies for future events.
Skills Required:
* Experience in B2B sales
* Experience with databases in mass and targeted sales campaigns
