Business Development Manager – Key Accounts & Technology Sales

Are you a driven Business Development Manager with a passion for sales, technology, and building long‑term client relationships?

We are looking for an ambitious and commercially focused Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Avonmouth, Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting‑edge mobile technology solutions, develop key client accounts, and drive new business growth within a fast‑paced technology environment.

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding revenue streams, managing strategic customer relationships, and delivering tailored technology solutions that improve operational performance for clients across multiple industries.


The Role

This is a dynamic sales and account management position focused on both winning new business and growing existing accounts.

You will:

* Build and develop strong relationships with key accounts
* Identify and secure new business opportunities
* Deliver consultative sales solutions aligned to customer needs
* Manage sales pipelines using CRM and LinkedIn
* Conduct strategic conversations around productivity, operations, and technology
* Work closely with internal technical teams to deliver bespoke client solutions
* Develop long‑term account growth strategies and revenue opportunities

The successful Business Development Manager will be confident in managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to account growth and retention.


Skills & Experience

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager with:

* Proven success in business development and key account management
* Strong B2B sales experience within technology or technical solutions
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Experience building and managing long‑term client relationships
* Strong commercial awareness and strategic planning ability
* CRM experience and confidence using LinkedIn for business development
* Ability to identify customer challenges and deliver value‑led solutions

Working Hours

Monday to Friday

8:30am – 5:00pm
