2. Supporting discovery activities and define the scope of new work, producing clear, high‑quality user stories and acceptance criteria for customer-facing digital features.
3. Reviewing technical designs, process flows and system impacts, ensuring system impacts are fully understood and documented.
4. Assessing upstream and downstream system impacts and working closely with analysts, architects and engineers to validate technical feasibility and shape robust end‑to‑end solutions
5. Supporting delivery teams through test case definition, clarification, and implementation activities.
6. Acting as custodian of Savings-related requirements, performing root cause analysis and coordinating resolutions with technical teams.
7. Ensuring delivered features align with internal policies, strategic objectives, and relevant external regulations.
We need you to have

9. Structured documentation skills including basic process mapping skills
10. A positive, collaborative approach to working with others.
11. Experience communicating with all levels of stakeholders in an organisation.
