SP Executive Search are supporting a multi-site QSR operator in the search for an experienced Property Manager to oversee a large estate across the Midlands.
With significant capital investment planned over the next few years, the business is looking for a property professional who can quickly take ownership of projects, planned maintenance and refurbishments across a portfolio of sites.
The Role
* Manage property requirements across a portfolio of circa 60–70 multi-site locations
* Deliver refurbishment projects, maintenance programmes and reactive repairs
* Oversee projects from planning through to completion, coordinating contractors and internal teams
* Manage repair and maintenance budgets across the estate
* Work closely with operations teams and site leaders to ensure assets are maintained to a high operational standard
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience as a Property Manager/Estates Manager/Project Manager within a multi-site environment
* Background within QSR or adjacent hospitality sectors - Restaurants & Pubs
* Strong project management capability with experience delivering refurbishment programmes
* Ability to manage contractors, budgets and multiple projects simultaneously
* Confident communicator who can engage effectively with operators and stakeholders
* A proactive mindset with the ability to prioritise and deliver across a busy estate
