With collaboration, innovation, and compassion as your tools, you will help guide our school toward excellence in inclusive education.You Will:Lead the development and strategic direction of SEND provision at Red Kite School.Ensure compliance with the Equality Act and champion inclusive practice.Oversee day-to-day SEND provision, including support for pupils with EHCPs.Build strong, positive relationships with parents, carers, and multi-agency professionals.Monitor pupil progress and lead assessments to ensure all learners thrive.Chair Annual Reviews and ePEPs, ensuring high-quality documentation.Support staff with training, targeted interventions, and inclusive teaching strategies.Maintain accurate SEND records and contribute to whole-school improvement plans.Who We're Looking ForWe are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and resilient SENCO who brings energy, structure, and empathy into the school.
