Kimbolton School is seeking to appoint a Boarding Admissions & Marketing Manager to lead and deliver boarding recruitment across UK and international markets.
This role is responsible for ensuring boarding places are filled in line with capacity through a proactive, strategic and sustainable approach. You will take ownership of the boarding admissions pipeline, managing enquiries through to enrolment, while developing and delivering targeted marketing activity to attract high-quality applicants.
Key responsibilities include boarding admissions and occupancy management, marketing and lead generation, international agent and recruitment management, and developing both UK feeder school relationships and domestic boarding pathways. The role also includes supporting international engagement and some targeted travel, building a strong future pipeline of boarders, and overseeing reporting, data analysis and budgets to inform decision‑making.
The successful candidate will ideally be educated to degree level and will ideally have experience in admissions, boarding or international student recruitment. A background in marketing, business, communications or education, and experience working with feeder schools or agents, would be advantageous.
