Varsity Training is growing its national team and is seeking experienced Education Consultants to support school improvement and deliver engaging training and apprenticeship programmes to school leaders, teachers, and teaching assistants. The Role As an Education Consultant, you will: Deliver high-quality, engaging training and CPD sessions to school staff at all levels. Support the delivery of apprenticeship standards such as Teaching Assistant, Early Years Educator, and Coaching Professional. Facilitate both remote and in-person delivery, depending on client needs and your availability. Provide strategic and practical consultancy support to schools and trusts. Collaborate with our team to shape learning experiences, develop resources, and support learner progress. Requirements We’d love to hear from you if you: Are an experienced teacher, school leader, or education consultant with in-depth sector knowledge. Are a confident communicator and facilitator, able to inspire and support professionals at all levels. Have experience with or interest in delivering apprenticeships and coaching learners through their programmes. Are flexible, self-motivated, and able to manage your own workload. Can work remotely Able to travel for in-person delivery when required (desirable, but not essential).
