Berry Heathrow is looking for a Motor Vehicle Technician Apprentice.
Your role
You will be working in a busy BMW/MINI workshop environment, responsible for maintaining and repairing motor vehicles to the high standards of the BMW/MINI brand.
All BMW Motor Vehicle Technician Apprentices attend the BMW Group Academy UK in Berkshire for their off-the-job training. This training ensures consistency across the UK and allows apprentices to work on the latest products and technology. The training spans 3 years and includes classroom and workshop sessions, with a focus on electronics and cutting-edge technology. You will have the opportunity to work on:
* Cars
* Engines and BMW diagnostic equipment
Upon qualification, you will be able to undertake maintenance, service, and repair activities on vehicles to the highest standards.
Future prospects
Successful apprentices will continue their development through the BMW Technical Programme.
Things to consider
Applicants must be prepared to travel to the BMW Group Academy in Berkshire for training, which is conducted in one-week blocks approximately every two to three months. All training costs are covered by the BMW Retailer, including travel, accommodation, and food.
About the employer
Apprentices will be employed at their local BMW Retailer and attend the BMW Group Academy located at Wokefield Park near Reading in Berkshire. Bodyshop Technician apprentices may be employed at their local BMW Retailer or Bodyshop, with training at the Milton Keynes facility.

Applications are processed by BMW Group Academy. During your time at the Retailer, a mentor will oversee your work-based learning, and a BMW representative will visit every 12 weeks to set targets and review progress.
