Responsibilities
* As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of the new store opening and ongoing performance, ensuring a successful launch and sustainable growth.
* Lead the launch and ongoing trading of a new store opening in Birmingham city centre
* Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing retail team
* Drive store sales performance, KPIs, and commercial targets
* Deliver exceptional customer experience and build strong customer loyalty
* Analyse sales performance and take action to improve results
* Increase footfall, conversion, and average transaction value
* Manage all store operations including stock, compliance, and back of house
* Ensure delivery of brand standards and operational excellence
* Work closely with marketing teams to support launch and ongoing trade activity
* Build a strong commercial and customer-focused store culture
What We Are Looking For
* We are looking for a proven Store Manager / Retail Manager who can demonstrate:
* Experience as a Store Manager in fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail
* Strong track record of delivering sales targets and KPI performance
* Experience leading and developing retail teams in a fast-paced environment
