As Assistant Manager – Gentleman *& Scholar, you will be responsible for the smooth service of our Gentleman & Scholar pub and Lobby Bar. You will manage shifts, monitor and oversee admin tasks and care for your team and guests wellbeing.
- Provide a high standard of service and care to all.
- Ensure hygiene standards are maintained.
- Create a development and growth environment for your colleagues, supporting individual learning.
- Work with F&B & Venues Manager to enhance operating procedures.
Qualifications
About you:
You will have a keen eye for detail and focus on the ‘small things’, you will be creative and able to work within the required brand experience guide for a Regency Hyatt. With experience of leading a Hotel Bar you will be a team player and can work both operationally and also be organised with the ability to delegate.
