Our Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Brand Communications team. We are looking for a confident collaborator and passionate marketeer who can influence a talented cross-functional team and senior stakeholders within the wider business.
You will drive the planning, implementation, and evaluation of brand marketing campaigns. You will lead all day-to-day development of campaigns as part of the brand communications strategy, ensuring collaboration with all stakeholder teams at relevant stages of the process – digital, retail, brand, creative & content, PR, trade, VM, buying and merchandising, maintaining consistency and alignment with all channel owners.
* Key contributor to shaping campaign and brand marketing strategy with Head of Brand
* Communications and Director of Brand Communications
* Lead the planning from brief to delivery of seasonal brand and promotional campaigns ensuring they are launched consistently and effectively across all owned and paid for channels.
* Oversee the delivery of all ad hoc 360 marketing campaigns, coordinating across paid/owned/earned marketing channels and sales channels.
* Review and report on campaign performance and use this insight to shape future ideas.

What you’ll be doing
Brand Comms Planning & Campaign Development
* Work in partnership with Head of Brand Communications and Director of Brand Communications to define campaign strategies as they relate to the business.
* Co-ordinate and deliver impactful and effective multichannel marketing campaigns, on time and within budget.
* Leverage insights from best practice, competitive analysis, consumer data and previous campaigns.
* Connect with key business partners e.g., Creative, Buying & Merchandising, Direct etc to ensure campaign strategies meet business drivers.
Brand Comms & Campaign Critical Path
* Working within the business-critical path to schedule key meetings that deliver against the project timeline.
* Ensure clear and consistent communication with all key stakeholders throughout the sea-sonal/campaign planning process.
Brand Comms Creative Assets
* Work alongside the creative, product, digital & retail teams to manage all imagery shown across all brand channels, ensuring continuity and a seamless customer journey across all touch points.
* Together with editorial team, ensure brand tone of voice and language is consistent across all brand channels from site to emails, website, social media, and stores.
Brand Management
* Pursue new brand initiatives to increase visibility, reach and awareness of brand, in line with
* business’ wider growth strategy.
* Support Brand’s partnership marketing, identifying and building relationships with new and existing third-party brands to drive and enhance campaign opportunities.
The skills & experience that you’ll need
A proven track record in Brand Marketing with knowledge across multiple marketing disciplines.
* Substantial experience in multi-channel marketing campaign and content management - having worked in a large multi category business. Have managed multichannel marketing plans and achieve success through cross functional working both within the marketing team and across the wider business.
* Ability to manage stakeholders, effective communication, and exceptional influencing skills. Experienced in working across all key business departments e.g., Product Team & Merchandising, E-commerce, Retail, Creative, Digital Marketing, PR, Visual Merchandising, Finance, IT, Customer Service to ensure smooth execution of all projects.
* Excellent project management skills and experience in working in a demanding, fast paced changing environment with the ability to oversee multiple projects.
* Owned annual marketing budget and be comfortable working with finance on forecasting, monthly reviews and changes as and when required by the company.
