Marketing Manager – Taylor Wimpey plc
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the delivery of digital marketing for Taylor Wimpey’s residential developments across the United Kingdom and overseas.
Primary Responsibilities
* Create and execute digital marketing strategies for each development in line with business targets.
* Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Director, Senior Marketing Manager and Sales Managers to implement overall sales and marketing strategies across all developments.
* Manage the relationship with the digital marketing agency, measuring and reporting results.
* Coordinate with external design agency to develop marketing literature and launch campaigns in the UK and abroad.
* Drive and optimise lead generation campaigns, analysing performance.
* Oversee the TW website pages, ensuring up‑to‑date content.
* Manage online property portals at a business unit level.
* Maintain the Dynamics CRM system and provide key data reports.
* Plan and execute email marketing strategies.
* Participate in weekly project and sales meetings to align with business timelines.
* Support the design of all marketing collateral, including social media adverts, digital brochures, and CGI assets.
* Produce outward‑facing digital correspondence from the customer relations team and business newsletters.
* Assist in planning and organising sales events and exhibitions in the UK and overseas.
* Process purchaser orders and manage invoicing for marketing activities.
* Attend site visits across the region to ensure a quality customer journey.
* Support day‑to‑day marketing team activities, proactively managing performance alongside the Senior Marketing Manager.
Experience & Qualifications
* Relevant experience in a similar marketing role within the residential property market.
* Proven track record of developing, maintaining and delivering marketing strategies that meet company objectives.
* Strategic and analytical thinker with strong interpersonal and motivational skills.
* Energetic with a positive attitude and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Creative ability and strong attention to detail.
* Capability to delegate and motivate others effectively.
* Marketing qualification (CIM) or equivalent preferred.
