Role: Hotel Revenue Sales Manager

Were searching for a Hotel Revenue Sales Manager who can unlock the full potential of our 4-star property in Solihull. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where youll lead pricing and distribution strategies across rooms, meetings & events and long-stay business to deliver growth in revenue and market share.
Working in close partnership with the General Manager, youll define and implement smart strategies across all business segments, ensuring we stay ahead of the competition. Youll also lead our Reservations and Meetings & Events teams, creating a proactive, sales-driven culture that delivers results.
What Youll Be Doing
Driving revenue performance across rooms, events, and corporate business
Shaping and executing pricing, distribution, and sales strategies
Leading and motivating the Reservations and Meetings & Events teams
Monitoring pace, budgets, and channel mix to maximise RevPAR
Using forecasting and reporting to inform smarter business decisions
What Were Looking For
Recent experience as a Revenue Manager, Sales Office Manager, or Reservations Manager within a hotel
Strong understanding of pricing, forecasting, budgets, and revenue management principles
Knowledge of OTA, CRS, GDS, and 3rd party distribution strategies
Confidence using hotel systems (experience with Guestline PMS is desirable)
A commercially sharp mindset and leadership skills to inspire your team
